it is an intentionally absurdist, exaggerated character interpretation of a Chihuahua pushed into gremlin territory; every design element is amplified beyond the natural breed proportions to maximum comedic and charismatic effect: the eyes are too large, the pupils are off-centre, the tongue is too long, the arms are too small, and the body is elongated; the result is a piece with immediate visual impact, strong personality, and a self-aware humour that makes it an effective novelty gift and a distinctive desk character

Oversized googly eyes with off-centre pupils — the eyes are large, domed, and white-scleraed with a prominent black pupil that is intentionally positioned off-centre — giving each piece a slightly crazed, cross-eyed, or wall-eyed expression that is immediately funny; the Brown variant has the pupils positioned slightly inward; the Black variant has a yellow inner iris ring with a black dome pupil; the asymmetric, wandering eye expression is the single most impactful visual element of the piece and is responsible for most of its novelty and gag gift appeal

Dangling soft tongue — a soft, floppy pink tongue protrudes from the open mouth and hangs down well below the chin line; the Black is a matte dark charcoal-to-black velvet-pile body with a dramatic wild mohawk of real-looking spiky black fur fibre standing erect from the crown of the head — the most chaotic and visually dramatic of the three; This is a deliberately exaggerated, absurdist character design — not a realistic or lifelike dog plush. The oversized off-centre googly eyes, the dangling tongue, the tiny arms, and the exaggerated proportions are all part of the designed aesthetic. The Black Mohawk variant also has a wild spiky fur crown as an additional character element. This is an ugly-cute novelty piece designed for humour and character, not for breed accuracy.

Q: What is the difference between the Black variant and the Brown or White?
A: The Black variant has an additional feature that the Brown and White do not — a wild mohawk of spiky black fur fibre standing erect from the crown of the head. This makes the Black the most visually dramatic and chaotic of the three. The Brown and White variants have the same googly eyes and dangling tongue but without the mohawk. If you want the most outrageous option, choose Black.

Q: Does the tongue move or flop around?
A: Yes. The tongue is constructed from a soft, smooth material that is lighter and more flexible than the body pile, so it hangs down naturally under gravity and moves when the piece is handled or picked up. It is not motorised or spring-loaded — the movement is purely from the weight and flexibility of the soft material.

Q: Is this suitable as a gift for a Chihuahua owner?
A: It depends on the owner’s sense of humour. If they enjoy absurdist and irreverent takes on their breed — and most Chihuahua owners are used to the internet’s love-hate relationship with the breed’s bug-eyed reputation — this will land very well as a gag gift. If they prefer realistic or flattering representations of the breed, it is not the right choice.

Q: Is this machine washable?
A: Spot cleaning is recommended. For the Black Mohawk variant in particular, avoid wetting the spiky fur crown as water may cause the fibres to mat and lose their erect, spiky form. Use a dry brush for the mohawk and a damp cloth for the body. Air dry away from direct heat.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0956/9219/4093/files/S1cf91d2910e04342b929bf9124c59613j.webp?v=1789571429
https://bhhliving.com/fr/products/chihuahua-gremlin-plush-stuffed-toy-googly-eyes-dangling-tongue-novelty-gag-gift-3-colours-20cm
