The Kawaii Chubby Goldfish Plush Pillow — Giant 3D Protruding Gold-Iris Eye, Extremely Round Squishy Body in Smooth Velvet Plush, Swept-Back Flowing Tail & Pectoral Fins

Key Features

• Giant 3D protruding gold-iris eye — the defining character detail — each fish has a single oversized eye that protrudes outward from the side of the head as a fully three-dimensional dome; the eye has a warm gold iris with a fine radiating pattern, a large dark pupil, and a white sclera; the eye is dramatically large relative to the body, which is the primary kawaii proportion exaggeration of the design; it gives the fish an instantly expressive, wide-eyed, slightly surprised character that is immediately appealing and photogenic; the 3D dome construction means the eye is clearly visible and catches light from any angle
• Extremely round, squishy oval body — the body is shaped as an exaggerated, nearly spherical oval that is wide, deep, and very full throughout with dense PP cotton fill; the belly is prominently rounded and the overall form is chubby and compact from every angle; the body proportions are the fish equivalent of the squishy blob format — maximum roundness, minimum angularity; the large body volume relative to the fins and head makes the piece highly satisfying to squeeze and hug
• Smooth velvet plush in three solid colours: Yellow, Red & Pink — the entire body, fins, and tail of each fish are covered in a smooth, close-pile velvet plush in a single solid block colour; Yellow is a warm golden-yellow with slightly orange-toned fins; Red is a deep, saturated crimson; Pink is a bright, warm hot pink; the solid colour treatment across the full body gives each piece a clean, bold, toy-like character that reads well from a distance and photographs brightly
• Swept-back flowing tail and pectoral fins — the tail fin is a soft, swept-back fan shape in the same colour as the body; small pectoral fins sit on either side of the lower body; both the tail and pectoral fins are soft and flexible rather than rigid; the tail in particular gives the piece the characteristic silhouette of a fancy goldfish — round body with a flowing swept-back tail
• Three sizes: 35cm, 70cm & 100cm — 35cm is a compact desk or shelf display piece; 70cm is a generous lap-sized cuddle companion with strong room presence; 100cm is a full body-length hugging pillow and a statement display piece; all three sizes share the same design, eye construction, and solid colour treatment
• PP cotton fill; CE certified; free of high-concern chemicals; suitable for ages 14+

FAQ

Q: How is this different from the realistic tuna fish pillows also listed in this store?
A: This goldfish plush is kawaii in style — exaggerated round body, bold solid colour, and a giant 3D protruding eye. It is not a photorealistic or simulation-style piece. The tuna fish pillows are photorealistic simulation pieces with detailed printed colouration replicating the actual anatomy of the fish. These are fundamentally different aesthetics: one is cartoon-kawaii, the other is lifelike-simulation.

Q: Is the eye a flat print or a 3D dome?
A: The eye is a fully three-dimensional dome that protrudes outward from the side of the head. It is not a flat printed or embroidered eye. The 3D construction gives it a clearly visible, expressive presence from any viewing angle.

Q: Can the 100cm size be used as a body pillow?
A: Yes — at 100cm body length, the goldfish is fully huggable and can be held against the chest or used as a bolster. The round, squishy body shape makes it comfortable and satisfying to squeeze and hug.

Q: Is this machine washable?
A: Spot cleaning is recommended to preserve the smooth velvet coat and the 3D eye construction. If washing is needed, hand wash gently at low temperature and air dry with the fish lying on its side. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
